1. Case study
The company was using technology created in 2013, that was just going through a long and arduous migration. But ever since, the app was mostly managed by an external vendor, Microsoft's biggest technology consulting partner. They were looking to become independent of the expensive consulting firm.
2. Result
Due to our deep knowledge and expertise in the field, we were able to assist in a big way to the migration process. Additionally, we helped train GSC developers with very little mobile knowledge, to be able to independently manage the projects. They loved our work and decided to extend our contract to the maximum length.
3. Experience
This engagement required putting on a lot of different hats. We were able to immediately provide value to the client from the first day, and have continued to grow our client's mobile apps. We continue to help strategically improve the 16 apps, and provide recommendations for future pathway.
Project Details
We were able to successfully able to make GSC independent of a high-end consulting company that had created their apps 7 years ago.
We were able to reduce the workforce needed are managing the software development of GSC's fleet of 16 mobile apps.
