The retail store wanted to weather-proof their store and increase their customer base by creating an e-commerce website. They were moving to a bigger store, and wanted to modernize the Customer Experience, allowing users to look at, and buy their products online.
2. Result
Within a few months, we provided choices of different design themes, and company marketing materials designs, published the website filled with high return items on their inventory. We also provided a lot of recommendations on ways to market their business in the community.
3. Experience
We had effectively provided the business with a solution that turned out to be just half the price of what they were going to pay an offshore company to create. Apart from just the shopping flow, we helped them register the domain, setup emails, register the payment gateways, and documentation to enable independent management and website continuity.
